delivery policy

• We currently deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• ​Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

• Dispatch is typically within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

• Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

• Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the artwork so we can help resolve the issue.​

• We take great care in packaging all framed and unframed canvases, sculptures and sketches, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
